If you’re here, you know something has to change, but…what exactly? How do you get started?
I know first-hand how overwhelming it is to want change but not know where to begin. So many people try to “fix” themselves by pushing past their feelings, pretending they’re fine, or hoping things will somehow fall into place. But I’ve learned that true change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different. It comes from meeting yourself where you are with compassion and honesty.
If you’re ready to accept where you are, and you’re ready to make real changes that will take you where you want to go. Let’s get started.

ABOUT
BACKGROUND
& CREDENTIALS
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, where I specialized in the intersection of evidence-based theoretical approaches and spirituality.
Before that, I gained certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher in a two-year program taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Through that experience I investigated and practiced Buddhism, which informs my clinical practice and relational approach to psychotherapy with my clients.
I am an EMDR Therapy trained practitioner and I am currently training in Relational Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) for the treatment of couples and diverse partner relationships.

INSIDE THE SESSION
As a trauma-informed relational therapist, I will work one-on-one with you to safely explore the patterns holding you back from growth, connection, and authenticity. My approach can support healing reactivity to past trauma, strengthening emotional connection, and cultivating resilience to create lasting change in every area of your life.
Therapy with me is about deepening connection as well as practical change, so I maintain a calm, attuned presence that makes sessions feel like a safe space for you to be seen and heard. If you’re ready to let go and write a new chapter for your life, let’s connect. I offer therapy to adults, couples/diverse partner relationships, and adolescents in California, both online and in-person.
