ABOUT

BACKGROUND
& CREDENTIALS

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, where I specialized in the intersection of evidence-based theoretical approaches and spirituality. Before that, I gained certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher in a two-year program. Through that experience I investigated and practiced Buddhism, which informs my clinical practice and relational approach to psychotherapy with my clients.

I am an EMDR Therapy trained practitioner and I am currently training in Relational Gestalt Therapy as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS).


I have been successful treating individuals and relationship partners facing issues around anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

As a trauma-informed relational therapist, I will work one-on-one with you to safely explore the patterns holding you back from growth, connection, and authenticity. My approach can support healing reactivity to past trauma, strengthening emotional connection, and cultivating resilience to create lasting change in every area of your life.

Therapy with me is about deepening connection as well as practical change, so I maintain a calm, attuned presence that makes sessions feel like a safe space for you to be seen and heard.
