APPROACH
Mindful.
Experiential.
Embodied.
I practice with a trauma informed relational approach to help you deepen self-awareness, strengthen your emotional health, and give you the power to navigate challenges that arise both in your life and in your relationships.
My approach emphasizes present-moment experience, authenticity, and compassionate curiosity, allowing you to safely explore patterns that limit your growth and hold you back from the things you want most in life.
The work we will do together will help you integrate practical changes in your life, while unlocking the deepest parts of you so you can begin to embody your authenticity and connect better both with yourself and with those you care about most.

Trauma & PTSD Treatment
I practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) to heal trauma and reduce distress, depression, and anxiety caused by PTSD. EMDR is designed to help your brain heal and reprocess difficult or traumatic experiences that may be keeping you stuck, afraid, or feeling isolated. When something overwhelming happens, your brain doesn’t always process the memory completely, so it can continue to trigger strong emotions, physical reactions, or negative beliefs about yourself that impact your day-to-day life.
EMDR helps your brain finish the natural healing process. The sessions are done at your own pace to assure that memories will be processed in a calmer, more resolved way. Many people find after EMDR Therapy, the memory feels more distant, less charged, and no longer overwhelming. You can remember it without being pulled back into the distress of that moment.
EMDR BENEFITS
Facilitates the natural healing process of a traumatic experience
Reduces emotional intensity of past experiences
Shifts unhelpful beliefs into more realistic, empowering ones
FOCUS
Results that help you release the long-held patterns still holding
you back.
Self-awareness
Cultivating awareness allows you to examine and label underlying feelings and emotions that perpetuate negative thought patterns, giving you the ability to observe and respond, rather than react.
Deeper connection
Often the root cause of our feelings toward others is a mirror to how we feel about ourselves. As you learn to be more accepting of yourself, you will become more accepting to the people in your life.
Relief & healing
Our sessions will help you overcome trauma and behaviors related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by reprocessing distressing memories to support living a better life in the present.
Stronger sense of self
As you move deeper into emotional regulation, it will deepen your understanding of your true, authentic self and take you from a life of contraction to a life of expansion.

IN THAT SPACE IS A POWER TO CHOOSE OUR RESPONSE.
